Your mission
What does aSales Operations interndo you might ask
Well this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work to still the hunger for sustainable energy!
In a little more detail this is what you will do in your daytoday job:
- Work within SAP for order fulfillment/delivery process.
- Liaise with HQ (China) production warehouse project sales team about lead time and logistics topics.
- Communication with customer on lead time payment and delivery topics.
- Support invoicing subjects including account receivables.
- Support analyzing reports on shipment and forecast.
Your profile
- Goodcommunication skills.
- A proactive mindset and sense of responsibility.
- Good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP MS Office and ability to keep it smart and simple.
- Fluent in both English and French (C1 Chinese speaking would be a big plus.
