The Department is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and improve our system infrastructure including onpremises server and storage systems multicloud infrastructure Office 365 applications the Departments standard operating environments and end user device management.
The Infrastructure Engineer will work within the program and will assist the team to deliver positive outcomes for the program relating to the management and development of the Departments infrastructure and systems.
Key duties and responsibilities
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Dedication to delivering a secure alwayson customer identity platform with an understanding of Application Insights Log Analytics Azure App Services Azure API Management. Expertise in Azure AD B2C with proven experience in designing developing testing implementing and integrating B2C tenants and solutions. Azure Identity B2C skills needed 3 to 5 years experience
2. Proven experience in designing developing testing implementing and maintaining Azure AD B2C User Flows and Custom Policies.
3. Proven ability to identify analyse and resolve system design weaknesses troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities systems access accounts authentication authorization entitlements and permissions. Experience with GIT version control and common branching strategies.
4. Proven experience in designing reusable strategies decisions service components libraries and frameworks to support enterpriselevel IAM services. Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including nontechnical senior managers.
5. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of business technology external suppliers and other subjectmatter experts. Cultural fit: Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams Ability to work with technical and nontechnical staff at all levels. Ability to collaborate and mentor team members to promote team harmony
6. Ability to support 24/7 coverage (rotational or as needed oncall support).
Location and Contract Term: This role is based in ACT NSW QLD SA VIC WA. Contract till 31 December 2025with 2 x 12month extension option pending budget and delegate approval. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered
