Job Summary:
Central Buick GMC of Norwood is seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by assessing their vehicles maintenance and repair needs recommending service options and ensuring timely and efficient completion of all services. This is a fulltime position with a base salary and commission structure based in Norwood Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns and needs
Inspect vehicles and provide accurate and detailed repair estimates
Educate customers on recommended maintenance and repair services
Schedule appointments and communicate repair status with customers
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all repair orders and documentation
Maintain uptodate knowledge on all products services and promotions offered by the dealership
Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient flow of work within the service department
Utilize computer systems and software to track customer interactions and vehicle service history
CDK and Xtime computer knowledge preferred
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient computer skills including knowledge of service management software
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
