Job Description
(Hiring)Echo Vascular Tech
We are seeking an Echo Vascular Techto join our team!You will be responsible for the assessment diagnosis and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Performs and monitors echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) procedures. Calculates measures and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians. Communicates with physicians managers and coworkers as appropriate about changes in patients clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram.Qualifications:
- Board Certified with the Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required upon hire
- Registered Vascular Sonographer (RDVS or RVT) If not currently registered must be registered within 6 months of hire
- BLS
- 3 years of experience as an Echocardiographer in all modalities of Echo with adult and geriatric patients.
- TEE Stress Echo experience required
- Vascular Ultrasound experience preferred
- Inpatient testing for neonate pediatrics adolescent preferred
