Senior Estimator
Location: East Anglia
Salary: Up to 60000
Join a leading company in the faade industry as a Senior Estimator. In this key role you will be responsible for generating accurate project estimates collecting relevant information and ensuring that bids are costeffective profitable and aligned with highquality standards. Youll play a crucial role in the pretender midbid and posttender processes while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use estimating software such as Schucal Genesis and ConQuest to prepare bids.
- Prepare comprehensive bid submission documents including risk and opportunity schedules.
- Collaborate with the Design Department to obtain necessary design drawings.
- Organize and attend presettlement and bid settlement meetings with line managers.
- Attend pretender midbid and posttender interviews alongside senior leadership.
- Maintain updated project information in Hub Spot and track project status.
- Communicate with customers vendors and internal management to ensure smooth operations.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an estimating role within the faade industry.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings specification documents and bills of quantities.
Other Requirements:
- Must have full access to transport for workrelated duties.
