Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice Landscaper you will be involved in avariety of tasks including:
- Softscape construction: From smallscale to large commercialsites youll have the chance to build stunning landscapes from scratch.
- Streetscape and playground creation: Contribute to thedevelopment of beautiful streetscapes and engaging playgrounds on majorprojects.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated teamlearning from experienced professionals and benefiting from their guidance.
- Liaising with site supervisors: Develop effectivecommunication skills as you interact with site supervisors ensuring seamlessproject .
Requirements
To succeed in this role we are looking for candidates whopossess the following:
- Commitment to apprenticeship: Demonstrate your dedication tolearning and growing in the landscaping industry by committing to a 3yearapprenticeship program.
- Strong knowledge of WH&S practices: Prioritise safety atall times adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
- Certificate II in Horticulture (highly regarded): Possessionof this certification showcases your foundational knowledge and commitment tothe field.
- Effective communication skills: Collaborate seamlessly withteam members and communicate professionally with site supervisors and clients.
- Current manual drivers license: A valid license will enableyou to travel to different work sites efficiently.
- Own transportation: Ensure you have reliable transportationto reach various project locations.
