The Opportunity

For our Digital Store team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a Digital Store ECommerce Trader Assistant maternity cover.
In this role you will provide comprehensive support to the Digital Store Trading team to execute content briefing and trading actions to impact sales performance as directed by Digital Store Manager.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Digital Store Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Control the QA process for responsible pages of the website checking the website to ensure publishing reflects the expected schedule.

  • Running reporting for responsible areas on pre set reporting tools.

  • Execute actions for daily trade requests as directed by the Digital Store Manager.

  • Ensuring standards of excellence of area of the website monitoring daily for errors monitoring on site search terms and attribution of products and providing feedback to relevant teams on errors.

  • Track Shopping lists for responsible area ensuring products are ready with stock copy and image for feature go live chasing relevant teams where required and Daily Update of the SKN list to track feature products on the web.

What You Bring

  • Provide effective and strong communication/collaboration across teams and markets.

  • Think strategically using data for informed decisions.

  • Be proficient with advanced Excel features.

  • Master English at intermediate level.
