CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER Residential Estate Agency & Legal Services
Location: Field Based (M25 Orbital)
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Client Account Management with amazing customer service skills to join a highly successful estate agency marketing services company covering the Greater London / M25 Orbital area.
The perfect candidate will have a strong background in Estate Agency to fully understand the benefits of our clients services and experience in sales and account management would also be helpful.
You will have a strong desire to build a career and to excel in your role and will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be someone who is an excellent communicator with strong verbal and numerical skills an ability to adapt your skills dependant on the situation and being commercially aware with a competitive nature.
You will also need to demonstrate that you are highly motivated articulate engaging charismatic energetic and that you have exceptional customer service skills.
The role will suit a candidate who has been an Estate Agent and have their weekends back!
Skills: The skills required for this Client Account Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in a customer facing Account Management
- Proven sales record and target driven
- Estate Agency / marketing experience helpful
- Competitive and commercially aware
- High level of customer service
- Superb telephone manner
- Full UK driving license
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
