The territory for this position covers the greater Riverside CA area. The ideal candidate would reside in or around the territory.

Job Description/Duties:
- Educateinstructand upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
- Function as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team in relation to client needs
- Provideongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
- Ensure customer retention byprovidingsuperior customer service
- Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
- Provideaccount management forclientsday to day operations
- Upsellcurrent book of business to increase organic growth
- Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business
- Continuouslyprovideeducational material to the client base
- Resolve any customer related issuesin a timely manner
- Meet and exceed monthly retentionand upsell goals on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Bachelorsdegree is preferred
- Previous outside sales experience or account management of 3 years is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proven success managing a book of business
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trustbased relationships
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to deliver results in a fast paced competitive market
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Pay Range: $65000 $85000 base salary plus commission
All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
