Job Summary:
As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive you will take on the responsibility of managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
Analyze clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage
Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts and terms
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact clients
Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure clients needs are met
Monitor and manage the renewal process for existing clients
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their changing needs and provide recommendations
Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role within the commercial insurance industry
Strong understanding of insurance products coverages and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems (AMS360 experience preferred)
Active P&C (Property & Casualty) license required
Compensation Package:
Compensation: Between $100K$150K (based on experience).
