Familyowned and operated for over 50 years Hellas is a local favorite located right on the beautiful Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs. We are known for our exceptional staff and excellent service making us a mustvisit spot for both tourists and locals alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile and maintain a positive teamoriented attitude
- Work closely with hosts bartenders and servers to ensure smooth service
- Assist servers by carrying food trays to the guest tables
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the frontofhouse including tables chairs floors and restrooms
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses and clear tables promptly
- Keep workstations stocked and ready for busy dining hours.
- Work with Expo
- Other duties as assigned to support a seamless guest experience
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in a highvolume or finedining environment (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
