About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Staff Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) who leads the design development and deployment of advanced AI systems. This role requires deep technical expertise leadership capabilities and a strong ability to align AI solutions with business objectives. As a seniorlevel position the Staff Engineer is responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the scalability and reliability of AI systems.
ADayintheLife
- Design build and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models including generative AI frameworks like transformers and GANs
- DevelopendtoendAIsystemarchitecturesthatintegratewithexistingbusinessplatforms.
- BuildandmanagedataingestiontransformationpipelinesandinfrastructuretosupportscalableAIsolutions.
- Conductstatisticalanalysesrunexperimentsandinterpretresultstoguidedecisionmaking.
- DeployAImodelsintoproductionenvironmentsmonitorperformanceandensurecontinuousimprovement.
- WorkcloselywithdatascientistssoftwareengineersproductmanagersandbusinessstakeholderstoalignAIinitiativeswithorganizationalgoals.
- IdentifypotentialbiasesinAImodelsandensureethicalconsiderationsareaddressedduringdevelopment.
- Mentored junior engineers set technical standards and led the team in adopting cuttingedge technologies.
WhatYouNeed
- 8yearsofexperienceinsoftwareengineeringordatascienceroleswithafocusonAI/ML.
- ProventrackrecordofdesigningscalableAIsystemsinproductionenvironments.
- Experiencewithnaturallanguageprocessing(NLP)computervision(CV)orotherspecializedAIdomains.
- ProficiencyinprogramminglanguagessuchasPythonandScala.
- ExpertiseinML/DLframeworkslikeTensorFlowPyTorchorKeras.
- Strongfoundationinmathematics(linearalgebracalculusprobability)andstatistics.
- KnowledgeofgenerativeAItechniques(e.g.LLMs)andpromptengineering.
- Experiencewithbigdatatools(HadoopSpark)andcloudplatforms(AWSAzureGoogleCloud).
- FamiliaritywithAPIsforintegratingAImodelsintoapplications.
- Strongproblemsolvingabilitiesandanalyticalthinking.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
