Where youll work:
Depending on the needs of your business area we expect hub based people to be in the office at least once a week and to go to OVO Connection events inperson.
Youll be assigned to the closest one of our three hub offices Bristol Glasgow or London; unless your role requires fieldbased work. Each hub has accessible spaces to park your laptop is designed to inspire people help them connect and bring big ideas to life.

This role in a nutshell:
Exciting things have been happening at OVO were growing and were looking for enthusiastic ambitious passionate new coworkers to use the power of our brand to drive our mission.
As a Midweight Integrated Designer well need you to create visual concepts across projects and champion exceptional design motion and craft. Were looking for someone who is excited by motion design and has a love for all things that move. Youll have excellent collaboration and communication skills attention to detail and artistic flair. A strategic mindset ready to tackle any challenge with a cando attitude with the ability to apply creative thinking to briefs.
Youll work across all creative elements from concept to delivery to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing outcome. We are looking for someone who can both design and animate and has handson experience with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Youll be a successful Midweight Integrated Designer at OVO if you have
- Uptodate knowledge and experience working at a creative agency or inhouse creative team
- An outstanding portfolio of published work spanning different channels from print to digital including advertising branding motion landing pages and reports
- Excellent handson experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced in motion graphics 2D and After Effects any additional 3D knowledge is a bonus
- Email and performance marketing channel expertise
- The ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliver highquality design work
- The ability to translate complex ideas into simple clear and compelling designs
- The ability to think creatively present ideas and articulate the thinking behind them
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good spelling and grammar
- Quick and calm thinking skills
- Confidence in multitasking managing your workload and delivering projects on time and on brief
- Independent problemsolving skills
- An openmind and are receptive to feedback

- Prefer to work in isolation
- Have the inability to think conceptually when needed
- Struggle to work across multiple briefs at once.

Well pay you between 35000 and 42000 depending on your specific skillsand experience.
