Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Phoenix AZ (Hybrid/3 days inoffice)

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) serves as a vital link between key business stakeholders and the Information Systems (IS) department. This role is responsible for understanding business needs and collaborating with IS partners to develop and implement solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives. The Senior BA plays a crucial role in analyzing business processes defining requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprisewide information system solutions.
Your role:
- Support multiple projects as both an analyst and a business subject matter expert (SME) ensuring solutions align with organizational needs.
- Engage with enterprisewide business customers and IT leadership to manage reporting information support systems and address business challenges.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to guide the development of complex enterprisewide information system solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers IT colleagues contractors vendors and consultants to influence IT initiatives and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Work with development teams to keep projects focused on the agreedupon scope and business objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear testable requirements to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist IS leadership with Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring including identifying stakeholders selecting analysis techniques and tracking project progress.
- Document current and future business processes to support solution development and organizational improvements.
- Develop write and communicate business requirements ensuring appropriate stakeholder review and approval.
- Support the solution selection process by conducting vendor research drafting RFPs organizing product demonstrations and assisting with evaluation and selection.
- Facilitate requirements reviews with key stakeholders including IT security infrastructure compliance legal and contracting teams.
- Assist IS leadership in estimating budgets and resource requirements for solution implementation.
- Oversee and consult on system and integration testing to ensure alignment with defined requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing and secures final signoff from business stakeholders.
- Monitor significant change management initiatives evaluate organizational impacts and present findings to leadership.
What youve got:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems MIS or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience as a business/systems analyst working on business solution analysis projects.
- 5 years of experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
- 5 years of experience with SDLC and a strong understanding of multiple methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
