The Bridge is a progressive notforprofit organisation delivering services to people with disability and from disadvantaged backgrounds throughout the southeastern and northern Melbourne community. About You:
We are seeking an enthusiastic leader who will work collaboratively and build strong networks across the business with the General ManagerConnects Leadership and Executive Team as well as other various internal and external stakeholders to advance the purpose vision mission and performance of our growing organisation! This position will lead a team of House Leaders and Support Workers to oversee the day to day operations of 3 of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites 3 SDA sites and the Your Supports and Getaways Service. This position will suit someone who is a natural leader is innovative a team player and is committed to ensuring quality service provision at all times.
The main elements of this role include:
Leading the operations of our 24/7 services ensuring ongoing compliance to NDIS practice standards.
Managing and supporting the House Leaders and Support Workers allocated to our SIL sites to deliver high quality sustainable services.
Monitoring service delivery and performance on a regular basis and managing incidents and complex or unclear issues and ethical challenges as they arise.
Foster and develop teams to ensure exceptional services are provided to participants families and carers ensuring quality service provision.
Ensure rosters are efficiently and compliantly produced aligning with individual care plans and budgets.
Support setting targets and budgets for the team and monitor/report on tracking against targets.
