Location:Phoenix AZ
Salary: $90000 $100000 per year Quarterly Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing or a highly experienced Superintendent ready to transition into a PM role. This is an opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry managing largescale projects while benefiting from a supportive and growthoriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors vendors and internal teams to maintain seamless project .
- Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits monitor progress and address any challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation including contracts change orders and project reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum two years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing OR a highly experienced Superintendent ready for a PM role.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems materials and installation processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel locally to job sites as required.
- Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided).
