What Youll Do:
- Serve as the goto expert for clients handling coverage questions and claims with confidence.
- Deliver toptier customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage account administration renewals and remarketing efforts with precision.
- Oversee and delegate workflow effectively within your assigned book of business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and solutions.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent technical and analytical abilities with sharp attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing middlemarket accounts in a highenergy environment.
- Proficiency in Agency Management Systems such as EPIC.
- Georgia P&C license REQUIRED.
