Description

Cherokee Tahlequah is hiring a F&B Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to guests at various food and beverage venues within the casino. This role requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.



Responsibilities
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Adhere to all alcohol safety standards including checking identification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
  • Ability to obtain a Stateissued Alcoholic Beverage License.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and often demanding environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to secondhand smoke and crowd noise.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
