POSITION SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to provide excellent member service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least18 years of age
- A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred
- 1 year related experience
- Basic member service skills and telephone etiquette
- Data entry skills and computer proficiency using standard word processing
- Math and calculator proficiency
- Knowledge of filing and basic office procedures and the ability to use the copier fax machine
- Obtain and maintain current certification in First Aid
