Leidos is looking for a Capture Analyst to join the Digital Modernization sectors FedCiv IT Business Area. This role is ideal for professionals who are wellversed in the capture process and want to make an impact by supporting key aspects of capture strategy and proposal . As a Capture Analyst you will collaborate with Capture Managers to shape win strategies develop proposals and contribute to highvalue efforts that drive success in federal contracting.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and refinement of win strategies focusing on competitive analysis solution alignment and capture readiness.
Contribute to proposal development including writing and refining sections developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and ensuring compliance and quality.
Provide expert guidance on capture best practices leveraging your knowledge to help shape highquality compelling proposals.
Collaborate closely with capture teams to manage key aspects of the capture lifecycle from gate reviews to proposal submission.
Mentor and guide junior team members sharing insights on effective capture techniques and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience and 4 years of overall experience.
3 years of experience in capture support business development or proposal development within federal contracting.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and proven expertise in win strategy proposal development and BOEs.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail and quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and proposal development tools.
Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and provide meaningful input into the capture and proposal process.
Proven track record of supporting successful captures with an understanding of what it takes to win in competitive federal markets.
