Role Overview:
A veterinary transition specialist helps veterinarians transition in their careers by moving into a new role. This role involves working with veterinarians to identify career goals find the best career fits and support them in framing their experiences for new opportunities.

What Will You Do DaytoDay If You Work at the VET Recruiter
You will work with veterinarians on job transitions. You will spend your day building relationships making connections and having quality conversations and ultimately making the best match between our clients hiring needs while at the same time working with veterinarians to find their ideal position. You will be a matchmaker between leading Veterinary organizations (clinics hospitals humane societies etc. and highquality talent veterinarian doctors.
- Source Candidates: Search for potential candidates through various channels such as online job boards social media platforms such as LinkedIn professional networking sites and databases.
- Maintain a Pipeline: Attract passive candidates through phone calls texts and email campaigns to prospective and existing candidates.
- Build Your Network: Create longlasting and trusting relationships with candidates for future positions.
- Achieve Goals: Have a sales and numbersoriented mindset to successfully hit and exceed weekly monthly and quarterly goals.
- A Veterinary Transition Specialist in this role will take a consultative approach to understanding candidate goals. The incumbent will bring high energy and a competitive drive for continuous success. In addition the right candidate is a proven performer with a history of excellent professional judgment and knows how to prioritize influence and sell.
What Will Your Schedule Be Like and Where Will You Work
You will be working from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (Five Days Per Week) at our beautiful 91st & Yale modern South Tulsa Office location which is conveniently located near Wholefoods the Creek Turnpike Quick Trip Starbucks numerous restaurants walking/biking trails fitness centers banks etc.
