The Transformation Office at LS&Co. drives enterprisewide transformation initiatives that enhance profitability operational efficiency and longterm growth. The team partners with senior business leaders to identify prioritize and execute highimpact strategic initiatives ensuring financial rigor and executional excellence.
Reporting to the Director Transformation Strategy the Manager Transformation Strategy will be critical in strategic problemsolving project and crossfunctional collaboration. You will analyze complex business challenges developing datadriven recommendations and helping manage critical transformation initiatives that improve LS&Co.s structural economics financial discipline and operational effectiveness.
About the Job
Support HighImpact Transformation Initiatives
- Support of enterprisewide transformation projects that create margin expansion cost efficiencies and sustainable growth.
- Work with finance operations commercial and technology teams to analyze challenges synthesize insights and develop relevant recommendations.
Partner with Business Leaders to Strengthen Structural Economics
- Support efforts to embed structural economic principles into decisionmaking with a focus on cost optimization contribution margin and longterm profitability.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses to assess tradeoffs and prioritize highvalue business opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends competitive dynamics and best practices to inform strategic decisionmaking
Drive Governance Accountability and Excellence
- Establish clear ownership within assigned projects ensuring understanding of financial and operational goals.
- Report on KPIs and financial outcomes to measure progress and ensure visibility for important partners.
- Help develop governance frameworks that promote better decisionmaking and influence tracking.
Enhance Financial Discipline and DataDriven DecisionMaking
- Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to ensure transformation initiatives create sustainable cost efficiencies and prevent expense creep.
- Support scenario modeling data analysis and financial tracking to improve decisionmaking.

About You
- 7 years of experience in strategy consulting corporate strategy or transformation within a retail or consumer environment.
- Driven impactful recommendations about business challenges through financial modeling & data analytics
- Completed largescale projects managed partners and influence teams without direct authority.
- Storytelling skills the ability to develop compelling presentations for executive leadership..
- Experience with retail digital transformation and operational excellence.
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically TuesdayThursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $110500$147300 per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
