The Role
Were hiring a Planning & Fulfillment Operations Manager to support our global operations. While our Operations & Engineering headquarters is located in Mountain View CA this role can be located anywhere in the United States with flexible remote onsite or hybrid options available. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious earlycareer professional eager to rapidly grow their career in a lean dynamic startup environment.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations youll play a vital role in planning inventory management procurement and fulfillment directly influencing VergeSenses global operational success. This role provides visibility across the company empowering you to build crossfunctional expertise and establish yourself as a key contributor with clear pathways for career advancement.
What Youll Do:
Planning & Inventory Management
Drive VergeSenses monthly planning process and generate accurate supply and demand plans
Provide suppliers with timely purchasing forecasts
Manage inventory levels to meet delivery timelines for finished goods
Coordinate timely delivery of materials to manufacturing partners to meet production schedules
Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations Product Management and Finance
Fulfillment
Oversee sales order fulfillment using our ERP system (NetSuite) ensuring customer requirements are precisely met
Effectively leverage ERP tools to manage the order fulfillment cycle
Coordinate closely with the Installation Business Systems and Logistics teams
Procurement
Issue and manage purchase orders to suppliers in alignment with inventory and customer delivery plans
What Youll Bring:
23 years of relevant experience in operations planning procurement or related roles
Exceptional analytical skills with strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data management
A passion for accuracy details and efficiencyBasic understanding of ERP systems and best practicesExcellent relationshipbuilding skills and a collaborative mindset
