Job Description
At Work With Island were all about pushing the boundaries of product performancewhether its securing our supply chain improving product features or reducing aftersales issues.
As part of a team of four youll work directly under the guidance of Tatiana our Product Performance Manager. Your role Make sure everything runs smoothly from sourcing to production !
What youll be doing:
Keeping our supply chain rocksolid in collaboration with Benoit our Production Manager.
Sourcing the best suppliers and components to take our products to the next level.
Managing supplier and component orders based on forecasts and production needs.
Driving product improvements with factoriesdevelopment traceability planning and smooth communication.
Tracking key performance indicators (aftersales service rate client satisfaction Km0 nonconformity rate) to ensure topnotch quality.
Problemsolving like a proworking with factories carriers fitters and product engineers to reduce aftersales issues.
Making sure every product meets our high standards in all our factories.
