Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service/Install/Repair in an efficient and safe manner to assigned HVAC Chiller and Refrigeration equipment/duties for existing and new accounts.
- Working knowledge of all mechanical systems including trouble shooting repair and maintain complex mechanical HVAC equipment helpful.
- Have some working knowledge of PCs application software and Building Management Systems.
- Have working knowledge of schematic reading.
- Will be responsible for performing chiller PMs troubleshooting/repairs overhauls major inspections retrofits and tear downs.
- Maintain record of work performed and parts/materials used.
- Utilizes company and vendor resources.
- Ensure standards policies procedures and maintenance of a clean work area are always upheld.
- Ability to follow schedules and budgets.
- Wear company uniform and required safety PPE perform job hazard analysis.
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance verbal and written communication.
- Interact with customer by offering status reports of service before during and after each call.
- Be able to explain technical information effectively and professionally to technical and nottechnical audience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To best meet the needs of our organization and customers the right person will meet the following qualifications:
- Strong refrigeration background
- Minimum 5 years field experience
- Great customer service skills
- Good electrical skills
- Refrigeration troubleshooting skills
- Selfmotivated team player.
