Responsibilities:
- Daily servicing of personal lines accounts
- Learning and managing small commercial accounts
- Quoting new and renewal business for personal lines
- Handling a book of business with an average size of $6K$7K for personal lines and small commercial accounts
Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Proficiency in Ezlynx software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Daytoday:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients handling policy renewals and quoting new business. You will also have the opportunity to learn and manage small commercial accounts contributing to the growth of our agency.
