The primary responsibility of an Admissions Ambassador is to recruit prospective students to Lipscomb University. Each Ambassador will partner alongside admissions staff members to better communicate to prospective students to help with processing within the office to help showcase the campus through campus visits and to support any other recruitment efforts. May be Federal Work Study eligible.
Experience:
- Must feel comfortable sharing Lipscomb story with prospective students.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be energetic positive and passionate about Lipscomb University.
- Must be goal oriented work well in a team setting and have strong time management skills.

Weekly Tasks:
Tours: includes greeting guests upon arrival & memorizing tour script
Each team member will be responsible for making a certain number of calls each week.
Data Projects:entering contact information from our prospective students into our database system Slate. The contact information entered is information on prospective students from various sources including: Admission Recruiter travel through church events High School visits College Fairs Youth Rallies etc.
working alongside Admissions Counselors on specific calls tasks or projects
Event Planning & : in the summer Admissions Student Ambassadors help plan for many events including Impact Girls State dinner and Summer Scholars
