Our client a globally renowned financial institution is seeking a skilled ARIBA Invoicing & Payment Solution Consultant to design implement and optimize Ariba solutions for procurement and payment processes. The role involves configuring Ariba modules (SCC SLP and Procurement) integrating with SAP ERP and thirdparty systems and ensuring seamless invoicing and payment workflows. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance operational efficiency and support the institution s digital transformation initiatives
Role Type: 06 Months extendable Contract.
Remote/InOffice Policy: Remote (Occasionally travel probable)
Geographic Location: USA East Coast or Central
The Role.
- Design configure and implement Ariba solutions including Ariba SCC Ariba SLP and Ariba Procurement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Ariba solutions with SAP ERP and other thirdparty systems (experience with integrations is a plus).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba invoicing and payment processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and postgolive phases.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Ariba configurations processes and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Ariba features and functionalities to recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Ariba solutions (Ariba SCC Ariba SLP Ariba Procurement).
- Knowledge of Ariba integration with SAP ERP or other systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of procurement and invoicing processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
High Preference.
- Ariba certifications (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Ariba Procurement).
- Experience with Ariba Network and Supplier Collaboration.
- Knowledge of cloudbased procurement solutions and best practices
