The RTP (Request to Pay)/PTD (Plan to Deliver) Solution Practices work collaboratively with our IT Configuration and Development partners as well as our Business Stakeholders to transform our current SAP landscape from SRM/ECC to S4/Ariba/Central Procurement.
All design work follows the clean core principle to minimize system customization.
We are following a tailored Project Management Methodology (BOP Bill of Process) which takes our projects from Discovery thru Execution to Implementation. The Execution Phase follows Agile or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall application development methodologies.
We are looking for a versatile and agile individual who is a quick learner and will actively support our Scrum Teams Stakeholder Management and Application Design & Development activities.
We are looking for a team member with a solid SAP background (ideally in the Procure to Pay and/or Materials Management space) experience in Agile methodology (creation of features and user stories backlog management) Business Process Mapping (ideally in Signavio) and Project Management.
Our work requires a high level of agility resilience attention to detail passion for working with complex spreadsheets and large amounts of data team orientation willingness and ability to learn new things initiative and customer centricity.
Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of Current and Future State Workshops (Blueprinting)
Working across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and obtain required sign offs on designs and deliverables
Creation and/or review of deliverables in support of the BOP process as well as the IT development process (e.g. Features User Stories Test Scenarios and Scripts etc.)
Business process mapping (creation of business process flow diagrams) in Signavio following BPMNS 2.0 methodology
User Acceptance Testing
Leading/supporting internal RTP/PTD PMO (Project Management) and Scrum Team activities
Maintenance and enhancements of MSSharepoint sites

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (computer science/business administration with SAP ERP emphasis) or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 or more years in a Project Management Functional Consultant Agile Product Owner or related role
Experience with Ariba Procurement Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration SAP S4 MRP Materials and Inventory Management SAP S4 Accounts Payable / Open Text VIM SAP S4 Purchase Orders Contracts or Scheduling Agreements
Experience in Master Data Management
Experience in planning and executing Business Process Blueprinting session
Experience in Business Process Flow diagramming
Experience in Project Management
Experience in MS Azure Dev Ops and/or Atlassian Jira
Experience with SharePoint MS Project and MS Visio
Must be willing to travel 5%
