An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join Dudleys Fostering Service offering you the chance to lead a closeknit team committed to delivering highquality support and supervision for foster carers and the children in their care.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will lead and manage a team of professionals including social workers family support workers and administrative staff. You will oversee the development and supervision of both Connected and Mainstream Foster Carers ensuring all carers receive equitable treatment and support. Your responsibilities include managing specialized services for Connected Foster Carers overseeing annual reviews for Special Guardianship Carers and ensuring the team operates within a restorative framework. You will conduct regular welfare and case supervision ensure compliance with relevant policies and lead the team in delivering highquality services. Additionally you will work collaboratively with other departments and professionals to drive the success of Dudleys Fostering Service.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To thrive in this role you must be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England and eligible to work in the UK. You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work possess postqualified experience and have a full UK driving license. As a Team Manager you must have previous management experience or demonstrated management ability. Previous experience working with foster carers is highly desirable.
