Job Description
Do you excel at navigating complex regulations and ensuring quality in healthcare operations Join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Pharmacist and play a critical role in upholding pharmacy standards improving patient safety and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal state and local pharmacy regulations laws and accreditation standards.
- Conduct audits of pharmacy operations to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate their implications to leadership and staff.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for pharmacy staff to promote best practices.
- Review and update pharmacy policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve compliancerelated issues and optimize operational workflows.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm).
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted pharmacist license.
- Experience: Experience in regulatory compliance quality assurance or pharmacy operations is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
