To lead this effort Huawei seeks top FrontEnd Semiconductor Technology Specialists in areas such as Si SiC and GaN to join its international team. As an expert you will play a critical role in developing advanced frontend semiconductor manufacturing processes with an emphasis on Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology.

Oversee specialized processes within the SiC semiconductor manufacturing lifecycle ensuring efficiency and precision.
Lead the development of manufacturing process flows for SiC power components addressing quality issues promptly to ensure smooth operations during rampup preproduction and production phases.
Monitor engineering processes for deviations taking timely corrective actions as needed. Analyze and summarise process data from engineering batches resolving relevant technical challenges.
Understand and apply product reliability requirements and testing methods ensuring accountability for reliability evaluations within your area of process expertise.
Drive yield improvement and address significant challenges within your scope of responsibility.
Masters degree or Diploma in semiconductor physics microelectronics materials chemistry or similar discipline within semiconductor industry.
Extensive experience in SiC semiconductor process development with a proven track record in one or more of the specified areas. Fab experience in SiC product introduction or production is a must.
Deep understanding of SiC semiconductor manufacturing processes including handson expertise in at least one of the following: quality control yield enhancement substrate cutting & polishing photolithography epitaxy dry and wet etching diffusion or thin film deposition.
Familiarity with SiC process flow manufacturing process and characterization techniques preferred.
Semiconductor material processing preferably for power devices development.
Measurement methods and techniques for materials and process results evaluation.
Successful mass production experience in leading factories in the industry is highly beneficial.
Handson mentality and open mindset for crossculture working setting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English additionally German and/or Chinese is a plus.
Open for international business trip or delegation.
