We are excited to announce that we have 2 German openings within the Command Centerteam.
We encourage you to be part of an exquisite team you will have the experience of working on multiple projects and the opportunity to evolve and strengthen your IT knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Point of Contact for technical advice or support;
- Flexibility providing support on multiple accounts in a shared environment;
- Giving suggestions to optimize service offered and work processes;
- Handle complex incidents on the projects;
- Working closely with specialists in order to ensure the highest quality of the project;
- Work in the Shared Operations Services team in coordination with the Command Center to activate in crisis situations/special projects;
Requirements:
- Advanced level of German and English;
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Stefanini;
- Cando attitude high adaptability and resilience;
- Mandatory English language proficiency spoken and written;
- Organized analytical detailoriented person;
- Availability: Flexibility towards 24x7 shifts on a rotation basis.
