Employment Litigation Associate 34 Years) Los Angeles CA

Our client a toptier global law firm is seeking a highperforming Employment Litigation Associate with 34 years of experience to join their Los Angeles office. This role is ideal for AmLaw firm associates who thrive in a fastpaced highperformance environment have a strong passion for employment law and are looking to advance their career at a firm that prioritizes excellence client service and associate development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigate a variety of employment matters including:
    • Wagehour class actions
    • PAGA class actions
    • Singleplaintiff discrimination harassment and retaliation cases
  • Draft and argue motions conduct depositions and manage discovery
  • Advise clients on California employment law compliance and risk mitigation strategies
  • Handle noncompete/trade secret disputes and traditional labor matters (preferred but not required)
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys partners and clients on highimpact employment cases

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABAaccredited law school
  • 34 years of employment litigation experience at a top law firm
  • Excellent legal writing analytical and oral advocacy skills
  • Admitted to practice in California
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in highperformance environments

Compensation:

  • 2025/2024 Class Year: $225000
  • 2023 Class Year: $235000
  • 2022 Class Year: $260000
  • 2021 Class Year: $310000
  • 2020 Class Year: $365000
  • 2019 Class Year: $390000
  • 2018 Class Year: $420000
  • 2017 and more senior: $435000
