Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapistto work PRN at our Lakeside Generations rehab department located in Dassel MN.Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providingcomprehensive therapy services toenhance the lives of people in the community. The position and location is eligible for:
- Competitive base pay rate at $60per hour

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
- Current license/registration in the State of MN
- Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus

- Demonstrates good documentation skills
