About the role
Assist NDIS participants in coordinating and implementing support services based on their NDIS plan using a personcentred approach. Build strong relationships with participants their families NDIS coordinators planners and service providers to ensure effective support and service delivery.
This role is permanent part time (Flexible 3 or 4 days per week) which will support people based primarily in the Dandenong area and so can be flexibly based in Dandenong or surrounding suburbs of Melbourne with hybrid work from home arrangements.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
