Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
As our Automotive Team Leader youll be the driving force behind daily operations ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards. Youll be handson leading a fantastic crew of Shift Leads Team Leads and Valet/Parking Attendants while keeping the vibe positive and productive.
Your DaytoDay:
- Jump into action and assist with various roles to keep things rolling.
- Supervise each shift according to our best practices.
- Foster a supportive and friendly work atmosphere for your team.
- Spot and coach potential stars to help our company grow!
- Train new hires and ensure everyones on the same page with safety and operations.
- Tackle any operational hiccups and share your insights with management.
- Keep track of daily reports and promptly address any customer or client feedback.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but you must have previous supervisor/leadership experience.
- Communication Skills: You should be able to chat and write like a pro!
- Customer Service: You know how to resolve issues with a smile.
- Drivers License: A valid license is a must as well confidence behind the wheel and if you can drive a standard transmission thats even better!
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office is required.
- Availability: We need you for at least 30 hours a week yearround and the ability to be flexibly to accommodate specific location needs
- Strong Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail: You have a knack for problemsolving and notice the little things that ensure everything runs smoothly.
- WellOrganized & Proactive: You keep everything in order and are ready to tackle challenges headon adapting to whatever comes your way!
