If you are an Electrical Engineer looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an opportunity for you! We are looking to add an Electrical Engineer Ultrasonic Meters to our Boulder CO team. You will provide engineering mentorship and support to leaders and employees in the Ultrasonic Meters (USM) organization passionate about current product sustaining develop component and designlevel expertise provide manufacturing support to other sections of the business (leadership supply chain manufacturing operations marketing customer support etc..

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Evaluate prioritize and execute Engineering Change Orders.
  • Develop an understanding of product PCBA and componentlevel specifications in support of manufacturing and other business groups.
  • Manage the Bill of Materials for USM products including the design critical specifications qualify and approve changes or second sources of supply and structure product assemblies according to Emerson best practices.
  • Determine the nature and scope of assigned projects as well as budget and schedule parameters and delegate assignments appropriately.
  • Research compare and evaluate datasheets for replacement components.
  • Drive product and design improvements with a focus on safety quality and manufacturability.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
  • Ability to work optimally with various levels of the organization
  • Selfmotivated able to work independently and on a team
  • Selfsufficient resourceful problemsolving skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing Electronics
