Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a leadership role in Kensington & Chelsea A fantastic primary school is seeking a KS1 Phase Leader to drive standards and lead an ambitious team from September 2025.

KS1 Phase Leader Your Role:
- Lead and support a team of KS1 teachers to ensure highquality teaching and learning
- Oversee curriculum planning and assessment strategies
- Work closely with SLT to drive improvements and maintain academic excellence
- Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies where necessary
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons while maintaining a leadership presence
KS1 Phase Leader Requirements:
- UK QTS and experience teaching within KS1
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for raising attainment
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership
