Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media and Content Specialist to drive our digital presence create compelling content and engage our audiences across multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media marketing content creation and community engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies managing brand voice consistency and producing highquality content including photography and videography to enhance our online presence.
In addition to being highly organized and detailoriented the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a clinical setting capturing content from medical procedures and interacting with diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams are essential for success in this role. Role Objectives
The Social Media and Content Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee social media platforms including Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn for multiple brands within our portfolio.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness engagement and growth.
- Create curate and publish highquality contentincluding videos images and written postsfor both organic and paid campaigns.
- Plan execute and optimize paid social media campaigns managing budgets audience targeting A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Capture highquality video and photography content ensuring professional engaging and brandaligned visuals.
- Organize and maintain a structured content management system to efficiently store retrieve and repurpose digital assets.
- Actively monitor social media channels engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely brandappropriate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source content transforming it into compelling marketing materials.
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns and tracking their impact.
- Stay up to date on social media trends platform updates and industry best practices to continuously refine strategies.
- Travel to Rejuvenation clinic locations to capture content (up to 50 travel .
- Comfortable working in a clinical setting including exposure to medical treatments procedures and blood.

- Highly organized and detailoriented capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skillsoutgoing approachable and skilled in fostering engagement with diverse audiences.

- Advanced technology proficiencydeep understanding of digital tools platforms and emerging technologies relevant to marketing and social media.
- Expert knowledge of social media trends best practices and content scheduling including social media calendar management.
- Experience with copywriting and email marketing is highly desirable.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in social media marketing managing multiple brand accounts across various platforms. (Experience with Sprout or similar social management tools is an asset.
- Proven expertise in content creation including video production editing photography and SEOoptimized copywriting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and apply insights to refine strategy and optimize performance.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid social media campaigns with proficiency in platformspecific advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite Canva and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel within Alberta British Columbia and Ontario as needed.
