MBito is an innovative company dedicated to making Mercedes vehicle diagnostics accessible and user-friendly for Mercedes owners worldwide. With over 10 years of experience in remote and local diagnostics we empower thousands of customers to understand and control their cars health. Our MBito OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner and mobile app allow users to unlock customize and maintain their vehicles with ease.
We guarantee a start-up environment where youll have the full power to suggest and implement new features. Youll work closely with engineers to integrate software with hardware and youll be involved in tuning luxury cars to make them more premium. While we prefer working from our Kaunas office for better cooperation and hands-on hardware testing hybrid remote work is also possible. The office provides snacks a great vibe and an environment where things get done.
Tasks
- Launch monitor and optimise Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with daily attention to CTR CPA and ROAS.
- Run A/B tests on copy visuals bidding and placements; share wins with the Marketing Lead for quick scaling or fixes.
- Pull clear performance reports from GA4 and Ads Manager distilling numbers into for new angles: competitor swipes trends and emerging ad formats that give our creatives a scroll-stopping edge.
Requirements
- 624 months of hands-on Meta ads experience (internships count).
- Spreadsheet chops and a sharp eye for data anomalies.
- Fluent English; Lithuanian is a plus for in-office brainstorming.
- Curiosity accountability and a habit of asking why.
- Nice-to-haves: GA4 basics.
