Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud Senior Consultant. The role is required to work with business and IT teams at a customers organization technical and functional support for Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) application. This role involves managing application support tickets troubleshooting issues configuring the application and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have 5 years of relevant experience in implementing enhancing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) application
  • Strong technology skills in Oracle Field Service Cloud.
  • Hands on experience in OFSC setups including message scenarios filters routing plugins.
  • Strong domain and process knowledge of Field Service
  • Ability to engage with different stakeholders understand requirements analyze the field service processes and deliver an Oracle Field Service cloudbased solution.
  • Ability to handle production incidents troubleshoot OFSC issues including integration issues deliver OFSC fixes and work with interfacing teams to resolve incident.
  • Experience in OFSC integration with Maximo and experience is other Field Service Technologies like Oracle EBS Field Service or Siebel Field Service is desirable.
  • Candidates with Oracle Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud will be preferred
  • Should have fluent communication skills must have worked in Client facing roles
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with a diverse group of people

The job may entail travel to client sites. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone email and face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 103042.
