Enterprise Architect
JD
- Solution Architect and Lead evangelist for Automation driven conversation in SDLC with preferably varied industry experience example skills Development background Quality Engineering and DevOps including platforms cloud and other industry platforms solutions.
- Background with Development in any of the enterprise languages like Java/.Net etc
- Leads discussions and brainstorming sessions with Client Enterprise Architects on potential solution architecture and design discuss merits and pitfalls of different technical approaches and assist client in their decision making. Topics could include Automation architecture patterns Automation POVs tailored for quality engineering Devops Tooling and capability demonstration
- Lead/drive approach tailored to new platform/cloud provider discussions and advise client on and solution to meet vision/timeline
- Communicate and consult with clients and internal capability centers/practices to develop appropriate solutions focused on the user journey and appropriate data flow for your clients.
- Experience in multiple phases of SDLC for platforms at scale
- Experience with Transformation to product aligned teams (scaled agile is a plus)
- Experience with Transformation of Automation approaches and toil elimination throughout the SDLC and value stream
- Knowledge of latest industry tools and platforms to provide feedback to customers on choosing certain tools or platforms
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tooling product specific capabilities like Servicenow Salesforce Devops a plus
- Create Solution Architecture documents that outline the endtoend solution.
- Translate the Clients vision for the solution as technical architecture and design documents to the development and delivery teams
- Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives alleviate risks and perform process reengineering where required
- Assist the delivery team as needed to start right with new solutions (interviews training documentation etc)
- Trusted Modernization Advisor to internal and clients CTO/CIO/CMO organization
- Lead and write proposals or support in the preparation of sales proposals RFPs RFIs and value propositions for multiple concurrent client engagements
- Mentor and coach junior resources.
- Near Hands on technologist with ability to validate code and advise on coding standards and best practices
