Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat India
Level: Dy. Manager
Education: BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field
Profile Summary:
The Design Engineering Head Precast Solutions will be responsible for leading the engineering design development and implementation of formwork systems and precast construction methods. This role will play a crucial part in driving innovation optimizing design processes and ensuring the successful of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in structural engineering formwork design and precast technology coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the strategic direction for the formwork and precast design engineering department.

Oversee the design and development of formwork systems for various construction projects including complex structures and challenging site conditions.

Provide expert technical guidance on formwork design precast technology and structural engineering principles.

Lead mentor and develop a team of design engineers and CAD technicians.

Collaborate with project managers construction teams and clients to ensure seamless project .

Drive the implementation of precast construction methods within the organization.
