Job Opening: EV Test Engineer (DVT/EVT Testing) Contract
Position: Test Engineer Electrical & Electronics

We are looking for experienced EV Test Engineers specializing in Design Verification Testing (DVT) and Engineering Verification Testing (EVT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in electrical and electronics testing particularly in electric vehicles and proficiency in automation tools provided by Vector.
Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and report on DVT for electrical and electronics systems in electric vehicles.
- Develop test plans procedures and protocols to validate the performance functionality and safety of EV electrical/electronic components and systems.
- Configure and integrate Vector tools such as CANoe CANalyzer and VT System for automated testing.
- Develop test scripts and frameworks using CAPL to automate repetitive tasks.
- Conduct various electrical and electronics tests including functional environmental EMC/EMI and durability testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as AIS ISO IS and IEC.
- Collaborate with hardware firmware thermal and homologation teams to define testing requirements.
- Analyze test results troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical and electronics testing preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong understanding of EV powertrains battery management systems and vehicle control systems.
- Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes multimeters power supplies and signal generators.
- Familiarity with industry standards and automotive safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
