Are you an experienced early years professional looking to take the next step in your career Our client is seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their welcoming and nurturing team. As a Nursery Room Leader you will play a key role in leading a team to provide exceptional early years education and care. What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Proven experience working in an early years setting with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in childcare.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a caring and patient nature.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team within the nursery room ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childrens development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Foster strong relationships with children parents and colleagues ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic setting adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor and assess childrens progress providing tailored support and guidance.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
