Job Description
In SINSAY a member of LPP Group we are currently looking for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER based in Athens.

LPP S.A. manages 5 fashion brands: Reserved Cropp House Mohito and Sinsay each of which addresses a different audience.
The company lists over 2200 stores in its network and additionally has online stores for each of its Brands. It has presence in 40 countries.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Ensuring the smooth operation of Retail Stores in the specified region and compliance with all procedures according to the standards of the company.
Monitoring and analysis of sales results KPIS and reports of the stores and suggestions for improvements.
Implementation of action plans to improve the results.
Budget control and decisionmaking related to costs.
Ensuring the commercial image in the network of the stores in accordance with the VM standards of the company.
Implementation of the promotional actions within the agreed deadlines.
Product management control of the product displayed in the store and in the stockroom monitoring the deliveries and organization of internal transfers.
Ensuring the highest level of Customer Service.
Monitoring store staff according to the task performance compliance with the regulations and internal rules of the company and the Health and Safety at work.
Staff cost optimizing based on company analysis and policies.
Control of employees bonuses and monthly control of criteria on the basis of which the bonus is determined.
Management training evaluation and development of the store team. Participation in the selection of personnel. Close collaboration with the HR department.
Very good cooperation with the Loss & Prevention department for controlling and minimizing the effects of financial losses of the brand.
Participation in the inventory process.
Cooperation with the VM the Marketing the Sales Coordinator the Allocation and the Sales Support Department.
Requirements
- Has at least five 5 years of experience in a similar position in a clothing company experience in a Fast Fashion retail company will be an asset.
- High level organizational and communication skills.
- Contagious and good at interpersonal relationships.

- Takes initiative and has strong analytical skills.
- Can adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Time Management and Prioritization.
- Interest in fashion and knowledge of the competition.

- Fluency in English.
- Very good level of computer skills (MS Office)
