Job Description

As a Project Manager on our Knowledge Systems team you will ensure that our communitys 1300 staff are wellconnected to resources about our vision strategies and performance. The ideal candidate will be ready to rollup their sleeves to help execute projects on day one which will help inform the development and refinement of scalable processes and reliable tools that will mature our capability and capacity to deliver highquality products and resources. This opportunity will give someone an organizationwide view and the ability to drive critical work across our community.
How You Will Contribute
- Develop refine and manage durable processes to deliver highquality communications events and products that help staff understand our communitys vision strategies and operations; maintain uptodate documentation that ensures continuity of our operations.
- Operationalize the process for leveraging SP&A (strategic planning and assessments) assets for allstaff resources and production of other STIC content as needed.
- Manage key team calendars (e.g. internal communications) and project manage the of content on that calendar including emails events and web content.Identify dependencies and triage risks across multiple workstreams.
- Manage SharePoint file libraries as needed.
- Ensure Knowledge Systemowned content on our intranet is uptodate.
- Contribute to of KS/STIC events as needed.
- Ability to problem solve and move work forward leveraging PBM (Principle Based Management).
What You Will Bring
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
- The ability to handle conflicting or incomplete information and drive clarity in order to align multiple people on dynamic projects.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to task manage including with senior leaders.
- An openness to experimentation we have a lot of opportunity to try new things and an expectation to improve constantly.
- Some familiarity with SharePoint sites and libraries or a willingness to learn.
- Experience with internal communications is preferred.
