ANNALECT EMEA JOB DESCRIPTION

ENABLEMENT Associate Director

Annalect is the data technology and analytics division of Omnicom. We help CMOs and their teams harness data technology and advanced analytics to grow their brands.

We have built a variety of innovative product and specialist service solutions for clients and agency partners.We build and maintain the Omni platform which gives agency and client teams access to these capabilities as well as the ability to integrate and combine their own data and technology with Omni.Omni has over 20000 active users and is recognized in the industry as a leading marketing platform. We continuously innovate the platform to ensure our clients stay ahead of their competitors in data driven marketing.

Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe supported by global and regional team hubs in NY London Singapore Gurgaon Bangalore and Hyderabad. The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional relationships clients led from London as well as the development of new datadriven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Drive platform adoption by Agency teams across Omnicom Agencies in the region on our priority clients both directly and by working closely with local market Enablement teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver strategic consultation to agency client teams advising agencies on best practices and how to best leverage our tools to enable better outcomes for their clients
  • Drive thought leadership leveraging Annalect data and technology including Omni Omnicoms marketing orchestration platform
  • Support Annalect growth & platform monetisation including new client setup new business presentation customization and product rollout and adoption
  • Assist in driving product road mapping product evolution and innovationconsideringagency and client needs
  • Work closely with Enablement team and Learning & Development team to set trainings and L&D agenda for agencies
  • Participate in ideation sessions for customization and future innovation
  • Support Omnicom vision of embedding the data platform with our agency users on priority clients by enabling them to drive value from the platform by:
  • Sharing key relevant developments and case studies from other clients
  • Offering support when required to illustrate relevant use cases
  • Foster and maintain relationships with EMEA Enablement teams by building community and helping them overcome any blockers they are seeing in market with platform usage and customization
  • Gathering feedback and be the voice of Omnicom Agencies in the EMEA region to work with Annalect global Product and L&D team on enhancements to Omni and training initiatives

Additionally individual objectives are agreed and reviewed on a quarterly basis (as a minimum frequency).

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • An understanding of some of the following:marketingtechnology behavioural data data analytics audience creation techniques media strategy media investment digital media dynamic creative campaign measurement product design all things connected to using data and technology to create better marketing outcomes
  • Handson experience with a marketing technology or media product
  • Handson experience with training or demoing online products is a bonus
  • Crosschannel planning knowledge and/or experience with investment and channel planning tools
  • Ability to problemsolve and exercise independent decisionmaking
  • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertise

EXPERIENCE

  • 58years of experience at with media agency marketing analytics firm or in a quantitative datadriven field
  • Experience working across multiple countries or audiences; particularly clientfacing roles
  • Bachelors degreeor aboveinmarketing mediaEnglish social sciences orbusinessrelatedfields
  • Excellent communication and presentation skillsare a must
  • Strong leader who can demonstrateproblemsolvingand independent decisionmaking
