We are seeking an motivated and detailorienterations Associate (Intern)to join our Operations team and support our 2025 programs.
Are you a student or a recent graduate student looking for handson experience and are you eager to learn more If so we need you at Parcelly. This role directly contributes to improved customer satisfaction operational efficiency and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
The internship will focus on managing and maintaining operational excellence specifically through supportingproject coordination and drivingprocess improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in a dynamic fastpaced environment while working on impactful projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with crossfunctional teams to gather and implement feedback on content improvements.
- Assist in measuring and continuously improving merchant scan compliance across all Key Accounts.
- Assist in tracking performance indicators (e.g. escalation volumes resolution times).
- Support the team in analyzing data for efficiency improvements and generating actionable insights.
- Fulfil any other roles and outputs that are either implied or not specified here the business might require that.
- Interim support to and external queries regarding the Parcelly App and secondline support (postself help) to IT troubleshooting
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for business tech logistics or ecommerce
- Organised diligent and hardworking
- Proficiency in Saas applications e.g. Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- 4 days work from office and up to 1 day work from home
